Design-focused review: We stopped by this coffee shop with a striking and inviting name: Now or Never - who says no to that? The cafe embraces all things living with moss and botanicals all over the walls and cabinets. The space feels airy with a full side of windows, square floor plan, greenery on all four walls, and a large welcoming espresso bar. The coffee was delicious with 2 custom beans on offer ($19 and $20 per bag). We loved the little touches such as the letter board that spelled “coffee, creativity, community”, the $3.5 custom-designed postcards, and the funky neon signs on the walls. The environment combines a modern airy coffee shop with hints of 80’s electro/acid funk (most deeply present in the typography) and we’re all about this vibe!

Absolutely adored this place. So filled with great energy. Fast wifi. Delish coffee + iced tea + matcha + chai latte. Great local vibe. Staff are SO KIND!!!! They saw I was struggling for a minute today while doing my work and they wrote such a sweet note + brought me a (fantastic, crumbly, well balanced) cookie. It really touched my heart. ❤️ So grateful for this spot, really stoked to be back. Decaf espresso was done very well. Pastries looked fantastic. Clean washroom/rest room. Pretty comfy seats! Ambient atmosphere, good for studying / coworking.

How is this a 4.6 should be a 4.9 based on the quality of the drinks. Best matcha strawberry I’ve ever had. Most places get it slightly too watery, slightly too earthy or too contrast-y. This place did it perfectly

It’s not often you walk into a coffee shop and think ‘I wish I could wake up to THIS smell. EVERY morning’. The bold richness of the coffee is palatable, literally Tasty, strong coffee. With event tastier choco chip cookies!

I got coffee here a couple times during my recent trip to SoHo and it was a great little coffee shop. Over priced to be sure but that is standard for this neighborhood. I got an Americano and a drip coffee. Both were really delicious. If you are in the area, stop here for coffee or an expensive pastry!

Now or Never Coffee isn’t your average café it has edge, energy, and a personality that hits you the moment you walk in. The space is clean but cool, with a creative buzz that makes you want to linger. The espresso? Sharp, rich, and confidently pulled. This place takes its coffee seriously without being intimidating. It’s perfect for creatives looking to fuel up or just sit back and soak in a space that feels like downtown NYC distilled into a cup.

Plant-filed, cozy, and chatty spot in an exposed brick space. Small to medium sized space is perfect for atmosphere, but may not always have open spots. Solid variety of seating (bonus if you can snag the couch!). Incredible natural light with floor to ceiling windows. The drip coffee was solid. They use counter culture beans and have 2 options: light or medium roast. The light roast was a bit nutty for my tastes, but it was brewed well and flavorful. Served a bit hot. Additional amenities: bathroom, outdoor seats. Note: ownership should consider lowering temp on the AC. Drip coffee score: 4/5. Everything else score: 4.25/5. Overall score: 4.25/5.

Cute and eclectic little coffee shop with perfect flavors of chai, chocolate and crossaints. Highly recommend to try this out if you’re in SoHo!

Just happen to find this cute coffee spot while walking and the coffee was reallly good. Overpriced a bit, but that’s to be expected from the city. They had a cute area for a potential photo op and to sit and relax/do work. Will definitely come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Now or Never Coffee while we were in Manhattan and absolutely loved it — the atmosphere, the aroma, and the quality of the coffee were unforgettable. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered coffee again to brew at home. The coffee is consistently amazing, and I was truly touched by the personal care — the owner even emailed to inform me about a small change in origin for one of the beans, which I really appreciated. On top of that, my order arrived with a surprise reusable coffee cup, which made my day. Beautiful coffee, thoughtful service, and genuine passion behind the brand. Highly recommend!
